     Grilled cheese Sandwich๐Ÿ”



Ingredients

 •2 slices of bread

•1-2 slices of chees (such as cheddar, mozzarella or American) 

•1 table spoon of butter or non-stick cooking spray

•salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

 1.Butter or spray one side of each bread slice. 

2.place one slice, butter- side down, in a pan or skillet over  medium heat. 

3.add chees to the bread slice in to tha pan. 

4. Place  the second slice, butter- side up, on top of the chees. 

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or  until the bread is golden brown and the chees starts to melt. 

6.Flip the sandwich over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the other side ofois also golden brown. 

7. Remove from heat and serve hot. 

Tips

• Use a non stick pan or skillet for easy flipping. 

•adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning. 

•add slice ham, turkey, or tomato for extra flavor.
